Saccharine: a platinum-haired woman in a floral peplum jacket and lace collar before gilded shelves of porcelain figurines Penitent: a woman in a white ruffled blouse and oxblood tights kneeling on a wooden floor beneath a painting Atavic: a woman in a pale slip dress embracing a bear-skin rug before a brick fireplace

004 · Film & Creative Direction · Original film series

Interior States

A trilogy after Freud: the ego, the superego, the id.

An original film series: three short films and photoshoots, each room built around one state of mind. I conceived and directed the series, and art-directed, styled, and sound-designed each film, working with some of Miami’s leading creative talent.

Saccharine is the ego, sweetness holding chaos at bay. Penitent is the superego: guilt, and the feeling of being watched. Atavic is the id: instinct and desire. Each idea set the rules for its room, its wardrobe, and its sound.

For a brand

For a hotel, a house, a studio.

Interior States treats each room as a state of mind. A hotel suite, a resort collection, a beauty launch, or a new season can be told the same way.

  • Concept

A mood, made into a world.

  • Place

The right location. The right makers.

  • Styling

    For campaigns, lookbooks, and social.

  • Film & sound

    Short form, fully felt.

In brand terms

What this proves.

  • Creative & art direction

A concept carried through every choice: location, wardrobe, light, and sound.

  • Concept development

An idea from psychology turned into a visual system with clear rules.

  • Content production

Film, photography, and sound, produced as one series.

  • Talent & vendor collaboration

Photographers, models, hair, makeup, and a set builder, brought together and directed.

  • Brand storytelling

The same method applies to a hotel suite, a collection, or a launch.
